Our school offers a range of spaces, tools and resources to support student learning. Whether it’s for study, sport, creativity or technology, our learning environments and resources give students what they need to succeed.
Our school facilities
We offer a range of learning environments. They help students stay engaged, build confidence and enjoy every part of their school day. Our facilities may include:
- bright and comfortable classrooms
- a well-stocked library for reading and research
- sports fields for fitness and fun
- art and music and performances spaces for creative learning
- learning hub as a base for digital learning integrated into teaching and learning across the school
Resources and technology
Our school uses modern technology and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.
Our school is well supported with the latest technology resources and a dedicated hands-on technology teacher utilising our state-of-the-art equipment including, robotics, 3D printer and plastic recycling machine.
Every student has access to laptops and iPads to support learning.
Our students have plenty of opportunities to enjoy our clean and healthy outdoor environment.
Timetabled daily fitness sessions, physical education lessons and play breaks utilise our school and community sport grounds.
Our school participates in district, regional and sporting organisation competitions with students often progressing to regional and state level success.
Additional sporting skills are accessed through regular Sporting School Grants providing expert level coaching in a variety of activities such as, judo, bike riding, basketball, athletics, tennis and in 2026 planning for netball, frisbee, American football and orienteering.
Tumbarumba Public School ensures high quality curriculum delivery of a range of creative arts programs.
A K-6 visual arts and music programs are implemented throughout the year. Students are offered opportunities in choir, marimbas, guitar, and private piano lessons at school. We participate in the NSW Department of Education programs in recorders at the Festival of Instrumental Music at Sydney Opera House and Pulse Alive for dance and singing every year.
Visual Arts are celebrated in an end of year art show.
